James works in talent representation at Anonymous Content and has cultivated a reputation for identifying and nurturing talent from developmental to more well established artists.
Coming to the job with the unique perspective of someone who has also been onscreen talent has helped James really connect with clients, casting directors, and producers alike. His professional background includes time spent in marketing working on campaigns for such brands as SyFy, State Farm, HTC and Bank of America.
After rising quickly through the ranks at Stagecoach Entertainment where he started his career, he joined Stride Management, a company began by 20+ year CAA veteran Mike Nilon and former Link manager, Matt Shelton.

Paul Norton has been editing demo reels for over 40 years. Starting in 1984 at Jan's Video; the first demo house in LA, Paul went off on his own in 2000. Paul has seen many technical advances over the years, but his clean, straightforward style has remained constant and has earned him respect and praise from countless actors, directors, agents and managers throughout the years.
