SYNOPSIS

This in-person class will include a Q&A and a prepared reading session with an experienced casting professional.

Participating actors will prepare and perform a scene from film or tv, two minutes in length or less.


CASTING DIRECTOR BIO

Fiona McIntyre Sucher is from Vancouver, British Columbia and moved to New York City after graduating with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Montclair State University. Following her career as an actor, Fiona found a love for connecting actors and creatives, and has since worked in film, television, and theatre casting at McCorkle Casting, Wojcik Casting Team, Brette Goldstein Casting, and RWS Global. Fiona freelances as a commercial casting director and teaches at several NYC-area colleges and studios. She is currently pursuing an MFA in Theatre Arts at the University of Idaho, focusing her studies on creating opportunities for authentic representation on stage and screen through the development of equitable casting processes.

You must have completed a Casting Access Application prior to registering for this class.

Please note that the 30-day frequency restriction applies to this class. Your last frequency-restricted class must have taken place no less than 30 (thirty) days prior to this event to be eligible to register. 

NO LATE ARRIVALS and NO WALK-INS are admitted. Only those participants who have received a telephoned or e-mailed confirmation message from staff will be admitted to the session. Waitlisted individuals who have not received such confirmation will not be admitted at the door. Please do not show up if you have not been explicitly confirmed as RSVPed.
